We identify which valves to fix and in what order to fix them. The result is an effective ranking of each leaking valve based on its impact on your plant performance.

But we take it one step further.  We predict the extent of internal valve damage as follows.

Client provided images (Large)

  • Large - Indicates that the soft metal is being attacked.  Body damage is likely.  Seats and plugs may be cut deeply.

  • Medium - Indicates damage to the hard metal only.  Lapping is the most likely repair required.

  • Small - The leak leaves no visible damage in valves and typically does not worsen with time in service.
